Responsible for post-approval documentation, disbursement, housekeeping of legal documents, UAT testing and
after-sales servicing (including handling of walk-in or call-in enquiries pertaining to Auto Finance and
Unsecured Loans).
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Responsible in daily processing and disbursement / account creation / Facility Approval / Month End
- Reporting on AF/ Unsecured /BCB Products.
- Ensure timely disbursement, financing terms and conditions / documentation are fully complied within guidelines and highlight cases with deviations.
- Provide high standard of customer service quality and fast turnaround time to achieve customer satisfaction.
- Pre-drawn down check and to ensure documents submitted by applicants/ dealers/ distributors are in order.
- Ensure close monitoring and follow up on outstanding documents are received and Hire Purchase legal docs are send out to customers within the time frame.
- Work closely with business units / dealers / distributors to develop SLA for various products & services,
- Ensure Bank interest is lodged at the system before disbursement and all legal documents are promptly safe keep.
- Ensure accuracy on disbursement and commission paid out.
- Appoint to assist checker to ensure all pre-drawn down checks are promptly conduct by staff.
- Printing of Hire Purchase Agreement/ Sorting and monitoring movement credit files/legal documents requested by other units.
- Archiving legal documents / credit file to Iron Mountain & Crowns
- Preparing Release Letter, Letter of offer and Board Resolution (if any).
- Provide guidance and training to new disbursement Officers.
- To carry out any other duties as directed by the Company Management.
- Perform UAT testing and data clearing if require.
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree or diploma holder
- Prior experience on documentation and disbursement for Auto and retail loans preferred
- Around 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in a Financial Institution or Motor trade industry
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office & Excel applications
- Able to multi task and drive to outcomes with tight timelines
- Independent and hardworking
