- At least 5 years of experience in desktop support or a similar role.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Azure, including administration and troubleshooting.
- Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving issues with audio and video devices.
- Experience with Active Directory and SCCM.
- Hands-on experience in dismantling and repairing desktops and laptops.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
