About this role:
Our ideal candidate is someone energetic and a dynamic sales go-getters to build relationships with the customers. Someone who has passion for excellent customer management and believes in long-term engagement with customers.
Responsibilities:
- Contact, engage and sell to parents/students our classes and educational products face to face, instant messaging, telesales and other communication tools. It involves a deep understanding of the educational needs of students and discussing with parents on meeting those needs.
- Pursue sales opportunities and close the deals effectively via offline events or roadshows and through follow-ups on online and offline leads.
- Handle enquiries on sales, quotations, and service enquiries promptly.
- Update all activities in Sales Reporting Tool in a timely manner.
- Provide excellent services and delight customers to attract word-of-mouth referrals.
- Attend any marketing events when required.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as required.
We would love for you to have:
- Demonstrated track record of developing new opportunities, closing accounts and exceeding sales targets.
- Knowledge of the education industry will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 1-3 years of working experience in sales, experience in telesales will be an added advantage.
- High energy, passionate and deeply empathetic towards the customer.
- Highly self-motivated with the ability to work fast and smart independently.
- Excellent communication, organizational and time management skills.
- Able to commit 3-weekdays and 2-weekend work schedule.
