With its world-class infrastructure and state-of-the-art facilities, they are looking to further develop its capabilities across the region and are seeking Customer Service Officers to join their ever-growing team in Singapore.
Your Future Role
- Manning of the office and retail mall information counters
- To assist and support shoppers’ needs and requests at the customer service counter
- Ensure all CX related reports are accurately recorded – inventory, redemption transactions, shift reports, lost & found, enquiries log
- Resolve receipt dispute issues by liaising with merchant and shoppers
- Respond to Live Chat and online enquiries, including feedback related to general enquiries
- Engage shoppers during counter visits on ongoing programmes (loyalty, promotions etc)
Requirements
- Diploma in any field OR 1-2 years of front-facing or customer service experience would be preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-centric mindset with strong multitasking abilities
- Fresh Diploma holders are welcome to apply
- Excellent command of English language in order to liaise with internal and external stakeholders
