- Generate and consolidate documents and reports necessarily and perform claim submission from Government institution.
- Facilitate the enrolment process for trainees who have signed up for courses (setting up trainee’s account on the learning portal, guiding trainees to complete the enrolment process)
- Setting up and administering the virtual classroom (Zoom) during the actual course period
- Provide administrative and technical support to trainers and trainees during the actual course period
- Preparing paperwork for course funding submissions to government agencies in the post-course period
- Managing the online community (WhatsApp chatgroup/ Telegram etc.) and marketing events for the course (pre- and post- course period)
- Handle enquiries from the trainees regarding the course matters throughout the course period
- Manage the whole Learning Management System (LMS) and client database.
- Any other administrative matters.
