As a leader for your accounts, you'll spearhead projects from inception to delivery, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and at the highest quality level.
Responsibilities
- Be the primary point of contact for assigned clients and partners.
- Build, own and grow strong, long-term relationships by consistently delivering value to our clients. Become your client's trusted ally and partner in helping achieve their KPIs.
- Be in charge of key tasks such as: Client engagement, Timeline Planning, Task/Resource Management, Project Documentation.
- Help define and deliver on quarterly/annual account growth and revenue targets.
- Gathering project needs from clients, translating them into stakeholders ready requirements.
- Leading internal and external project team kick-offs.
- Determine project requirements, constraints, dependencies, success criteria, budget, timeline.
- Assess project feasibility against requirements, time, budget, workload.
- Define and ensure project objectives are met, within agreed parameters of cost, duration and quality.
- Assist in preparation of documents such as Pitch decks, Request for Proposals (RFP), Website Specifications Documents (WSD), Statement of Work (SOW), Contact Reports, Project Timelines and Training Documentations.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to achieve organisation & project objectives.
- Identify potential project risks and recommend risk prevention/mitigating measures.
- Grow and manage our network of trusted partners, independents and vendors.
- Track and report project performance based on predefined metrics.
- Play a significant role in testing and checking of deliverables against project requirements, ensuring good quality work is delivered on time and on target.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience leading high-stakes digital projects with client-facing responsibilities.
- Solid understanding of the software development process on web/mobile and what is needed to make technical projects come to life.
- Confident in leading a wide variety of projects, from digital campaigns to platforms and websites, programmatic advertising, and mobile apps.
- Able to understand business objectives quickly and translate those into project’s challenges and opportunities.
- Have a good understanding of the digital landscape, marketing and web technologies.
- Good grasp of effort estimation, production costs and times to establish realistic budgets and deadlines.
- Experience in delivering digital marketing campaigns working with strategy, creative, tech and media teams.
- Strong written, verbal communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proficient with project management tools (e.g. Asana, Smartsheets, JIRA) for timeline planning and tracking projects.
- Be able to produce well-defined documentation such as SOW, FSD and UAT plans.
- Pay attention to every little detail, and not accept mediocre work.

- Experience with managing projects using Kanban and Scrum methodologies is preferred.
