Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for updating drawings as per latest information provided
- Carry out drawings/Prepare documents for authority submission
- Maintains and adheres to filing systems, keeps and updates drawings and registers. them in both soft and hard copies
- Assist in administration and documentation of projects
- Performing ad-hoc drawing duties as assigned by manager
- Preparation and submission of shop drawings.
- Ensure correct & accurate drawing details before submission.
- Diagrams update as and when required.
- Site Coordination of works and liaison with PM, client (when needed)
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum Engineering Diploma/Degree in Architectural, or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of similar experience in building projects for main contractor firms
- Proficient in MS Office, Auto CAD, 3D max studio, sketch up, Revit
- Familiarity with construction environment will be an advantage.
- Able to work independently and with minimal supervision.
- Be independent, self-motivated, able to work under pressure and deliver timely
- Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering or other relevant disciplines.
- Good planning skills in managing modelling and drafting works.
- Excellent team player, good interpersonal skills and a “can-do” attitude.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
