Responsibilities:
- Handle partial AP and AR
- Payment processing and data entry, match invoices to statement of account
- Processing staff claim and assisting for PO issuance
- Assist month-end closing
- Assist in the end to end recruitment process and onboarding
- Update and maintenance of the staff personnel files
- Assist in grant consolidate documents
- Provide day-to-day administrative support
- Performs any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing business or related degree
- Meticulous in handling sensitive information
- Proficiency in Microsoft office - excel and word
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Organized and pays attention to detail
- Good team player and able to work effectively under minimum supervision
- Bilingual in English / Mandarin (ability to communicate with Chinese speaking clients/suppliers)
