Job Description:
-Undergo training in different job areas on a rotational basis to understand the various operating functions (Bakery Department)
-Discover an opportunity to learn how various business operations are executed, from the ground up: from strategy, policies, compliance, and much more
-Work closely with Key Staff / Head of Department to understand the different functions within the company
-Identify trends and recommends proactive or remedial action to manage business situations.
-Explore avenues for organizational growth and expansion
-Fast-track to leadership position for high performers
Requirement:
- Minimum Diploma/Degree studies.
- Entry level candidate are welcome to apply as training will be provided.
- Proficient in English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin speaking clients).
- Versatile team player, with strong self-discipline and project management skills.
- Large capacity for learning and embracing challenges.
- Able to work independently with minimal guidance and able to handle parallel projects.
- Adventurous, and enjoy working in a fast, dynamic environment
