Job responsibilities
- Plan local delivery routes and manage day-to-day delivery schedule
- Prepare delivery and invoicing documents for daily deliveries
- Process requests for aftersales service
- Arrange delivery and collection of mock ups to customer including necessary documentation
- Provide weekly reporting on service status
- Provide weekly reporting on quality issues arising from customer feedback and servicing
- Coordinate logistics operations across departments to ensure timeliness of goods delivered to customer
Job requirements
- Minimum Diploma
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in scheduling and customer service
- Experience in using ERP system ie Oracle/SAP etc
- A keen attitude towards servicing customers
- Problem solving abilities to resolve customer issues
