Responsibilities:
- Assist the program manager in planning and executing shutdown activities, interface management, and coordination of engineering, procurement, planning, and costing activities.
- Coordinate between teams to ensure seamless execution of EPC projects.
- Support project management in top management project review meetings by providing comprehensive project status updates and insights.
- Facilitate detailed project status discussions with project owners, contractors, and subcontractors, ensuring alignment on project objectives and milestones.
- Prepare and control complete project status reports, highlighting progress, challenges, and mitigating actions.
- Collaborate with various disciplines to prepare material requisitions, conduct vendor meetings, and evaluate technical bids.
- Participate in 3D model reviews, Hazop review meetings with clients, and subcontractor clarification meetings to ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
Requirements:
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
- At least 10 years’ total work experience, out of which at least 5 years in EPC project management capacity.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and prioritize tasks effectively.
- High proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Experience in conducting technical bid evaluations, vendor meetings, and subcontractor negotiations.
- Familiarity with 3D modeling tools and hazard analysis techniques.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
