Job Responsibilities
- Meet and greet visitors/staff professionally, provide excellent customer service, build good rapport with internal and external customers and deliver excellent ISS’ Service standards.
- Offer and serve food & beverages (including alcoholic beverages) to visitors in Executive Lounge, assist users with hot beverage preparation and guide correct use of electrical appliances (eg. Microwave, toaster etc).
- Assist special request or food & beverage orders from meeting/function rooms, deliver and serve to requestor upon arrival.
- Prepare catering services for meetings in advanced (eg. 1 day: Basic snacks request, 3-5 days: catering/buffet request).
- Ensure consumables (eg. Pantry supplies, cleaning supplies, stationeries) are sufficient, place order and replenished where required.
- In charge of daily workspace/IT-equipment setup, tidying and refreshing workspaces/meeting rooms for the next user and end of day.
- Perform daily inspection on workspace/equipment (eg. LAN/audio visual cables, chairs, TV, projector, printer storage etc), ensure they are in working condition, report faulty items and assist with replacement requests.
- Supervise external vendors (eg. Pest control, printer, maintenance & engineering etc) during their scheduled/ad hoc maintenance visits.
- Manage inbound and outbound mail/parcel distribution and tracking.
- Any other duties assigned by supervisor or client’s Workplace Team.
Job Requirements
- Only Singaporeans
- Able to commit to 5 days work week (Mon-Fri) arrangement
- Willing to work on shift (Shift 1: 8am-5pm, Shift 2: 10am-7pm)
- Minimum GCE O Levels and above
- Fluent in English, excellent interpersonal skill with courteous disposition.
- Flexible with good working attitude
- Basic understanding of IT equipment setup and troubleshooting
- Candidates with prior experience in Butler / Hospitality / Customer Service will be advantageous

- Location: North Bridge Road (near Cityhall MRT)
- Working hours: Rostered Shift (Shift 1: 8am-5pm, Shift 2: 10am-7pm)
