The Role:
- Partnership Development: Collaborate with existing distributors and actively seek new partners and untapped opportunities within the region to drive growth.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategies to improve the overall efficiency, productivity, and profitability of the company.
- Marketing and Promotion: Set the objectives, and establish marketing and promotional plans together with customers.
- Develop competitive edge: Competently execute and implement customer marketing activation strategies resulting in competitive advantage with customers
- Research Market Intelligence: Conduct market research to inform strategies and initiatives.
- Collaborative Engagement: Regularly engages with distributors and trade partners to ensure appropriate distribution and presence of the brands
Requirements:
- Diploma holder, preferably in business or marketing, but open to candidates with diverse educational backgrounds.
- Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply. We also welcome experienced professionals looking to advance their careers.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain strong business relationships.
- Flexibility to excel in a dynamic and ever-changing market environment.
- Strong analytical and data literacy skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Willingness to be based in Laos
