- Responsible for coding for all inpatient discharges and day procedures
- Translating patients’ medical diagnoses, operations and procedures into codes
- Classification and grouping of healthcare data
- Communicate and seek clarification with relevant healthcare professional on documentation for accurate coding.
- Ensure accuracy, completeness and timeliness of coding.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma in Nursing or equivalent
