Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents, and communicating relevant information.
- Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material.
- Respond to complaints from customers and provide after-sales support when requested.
- Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness.
- Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems.
- Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings, and propose improvements.
- Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events.
- Ensure adherence to laws and policies.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior.
Job Requirements:
- At least 1 year or above related working experience as sales coordinator/sales admin/sales support etc.
- At least ‘N’ level, ‘O’ level or equivalent
- Computer literate, preferably with basic knowledge of SAP system
- Willing to learn, able to follow instruction.
- Customer oriented, able to communicate with customers in an effective manner.
- Able to perform overtime work as and when required, mostly during monthly closing.
