Sales Coordinator

Job Responsibilities:


  • Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents, and communicating relevant information.
  • Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material.
  • Respond to complaints from customers and provide after-sales support when requested.
  • Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems.
  • Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings, and propose improvements.
  • Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events.
  • Ensure adherence to laws and policies.
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior.


Job Requirements:

  • At least 1 year or above related working experience as sales coordinator/sales admin/sales support etc.
  • At least ‘N’ level, ‘O’ level or equivalent
  • Computer literate, preferably with basic knowledge of SAP system
  • Willing to learn, able to follow instruction.
  • Customer oriented, able to communicate with customers in an effective manner.
  • Able to perform overtime work as and when required, mostly during monthly closing.
