Position: Admin Assistant
Location: West (Tuas)
Responsibilities:
- Perform supporting roles to the admin and logistics dept
Including logistics and delivery arrangement ,parts labelling , packing and
arranging shipment
- Daily Data Entry
- Ensuring the accuracy of data
- Validate and verify data collected
- Record, track, and trace goods with Manufacturing execution systems (MES)
- Generating and submission of report and Certificate of Conformance
- Tracking of stock inventory for spare parts and consumable items
- Assist in goods receiving and checking of goods
- Assist in quality check and control on products
- Assist in measuring materials or products.
- Other ad-hoc general clerical duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum “O” Levels or equivalent qualifications.
- Mature, responsible, and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Team player & able to work independently
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Computer Savvy and meticulous with work
- Proficient in MS Office
