Job Responsibilities:
- Handle full set of Accounts including General Ledger and Accounts Receivable function
- Track, monitor and account for government grants and funds
- Perform monthly reconciliation of sales and payroll record
- Update reports / schedules / projects movement from generated financial reports
- Preparation of quarterly GST report
- Maintain Fixed Assets Register reports by performing monthly generation of depreciation and bond from accounting system
- Assist in other ad hoc work assignments
- Liaise / Coordinate with clients, auditors and internal staff
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Accountancy/ Finance/ Business Administration or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
- Proficient in MS applications (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Meticulous and numerically inclined
- Good in communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in oral and written in both English and Mandarin
- Pleasant and outgoing personality with the initiative to provide assistance to other colleagues
- Independent, reliable, organized and pays attention to details
- Ability to multitask and have sense of urgency to deliver results in a timely manner
- Knowledge in MYOB and SAP is a must
