Responsibilities:
- Build a team of strong, self-motivated sales consultants for outside/outbound sales
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of roadshow sales representatives to achieve sales targets and objectives
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share
- Plan and coordinate roadshow schedules, logistics, and staffing to ensure maximum impact and efficiency
- Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to identify new business opportunities
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure alignment of sales strategies and messaging
- Manage the sales pipeline and forecast accurately to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction
- Continuously analyze and improve sales processes and performance metrics to drive efficiencies and effectiveness
Work Arrangements:
- Working days: 3 Weekdays + 2 Weekends (off-days are on weekdays)
- Hours: 12pm to 9pm
- Location: At our roadshow/event booths
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years' of experience in Sales
- A proven track record of success in Sales leadership and team management of at least 5 consultants
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Passion for driving results and exceeding targets
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Experience with CRM tools and sales analytics software
