We are looking for Cyber Security - Operations Analyst on a 12 month extendable contract basis. If the individuals performance is good this role is convertible to a permanent headcount.
As a Cyber Security - Operations Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the security and integrity of our organization’s digital assets. Collaborating with a dynamic team, you will intake cybersecurity related requests from internal and external entities that require triage, remediation, or escalation.

Every month this person needs to be flexible on 1 day weekend work.
Shift hours morning only - 8 am to 5 pm or 9 am to 6 pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls to assist with information security inquiries or issues.
- Document all interactions accurately for record-keeping and analysis.
- Follow established processes and guidelines to handle common issues.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve more complex problems or escalate as necessary.
- Monitor your assigned queues and work cases in an efficient and effective manner.
Qualifications:
- Effective typing skills
- Password reset, remediation action and escalate it to the relevant teams, if need be
- Familiarity with Cyber Security and Information Technology
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Diploma or Degree in Cyber Security or IT related fields
- Candidates with L1/L2 SOC Analyst will be considered
