ROLE DEFINITION

Now we are looking for a sales manager to capture the rapid growth economy in SEA and India . As a Sales Manager, you are responsible for leading your team to deliver business financial commitment with focus on profitable growth. implement regional sales and commercial strategy alongside building up a close relationship with key customers and distributors. You will report directly to TW/SEA Sales Director, with close collaboration with senior business and commercial leaders across multiple functions and teams.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
· Own and drive DuPont core values;
· Take full responsibility for outstanding businesses and financial results;
· Implement regional commercial and business growth strategy by identifying and building up robust sales pipeline to drive profitable growth;
· Manage Account Receivables, past due and forecast accuracy;
· Foster diversity, equity, and inclusion to build a great place to work;
· Allocate appropriate resources for the prioritized market segments set by the global marketing team;
· Build and grow a strong sales team, provide clear business guidance to key commercial initiatives like account and commercial excellence activities;
· Lead strategic account management process by working with global account managers and related business team;
· Coach, mentor, and act as a role model for the sales team member to ensure employees development and career progression;
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
l Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Material Science, Business or Economics or related field;
l Experience in the electronics and multi-value chain/multi-tier sector;
l Excellent customer interfacing skills likewise P&L management;
l Clear and concise communication skills with all levels of the organization and externally with customers
l Ability to drive decisions and implement plans across all stakeholders
l Demonstrated experience driving business decisions based on data, scenario modeling, and strategic alignment
l Self-starter and result-driven;
l Proficiency in English
