- Evaluate operational processes to pinpoint opportunities for significant gains in productivity and quality.
- Provide leadership to Technical, Equipment, Process Engineers, and Work Safety personnel to drive process development and offer top-tier technical support.
- Uphold Work Safety and Health standards for all production processes and equipment, guaranteeing operational safety measures are in place to eliminate potential hazards for production operators and engineers.
- Devise a strategy for establishing a robust Technical services framework, incorporating a world-class preventive maintenance plan.
- Lead and oversee in-house and automation machine development, from concept to budgeting, testing, operation, and upgrades, ensuring alignment with production requirements and developmental objectives.
