We are hiring Temp Finance Assistant to be outsourced to our clients from reputable healthcare organizations.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Sort up daily invoices /DO / PO/ GT
  • Scanning and printing invoices
  • Assist to attach supporting documents in SAP
  • Support/ follow up with the approval on invoices
  • Liaise with vendors for outstanding invoices
  • Response on vendors payment/ staffs claim enquries
  • Assist in ad-hoc AP duties assigned


Job Requirements:

  • Min A level onwards
