We are looking for a skilled System Engineer with a focus on hardware to design, implement, and maintain our systems infrastructure. As a System Engineer, you will play a key role in sourcing correct System on Module, System on Chip, or Single Board Computers to achieve desired design specfications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements, recommend hardware solutions, and contribute to the overall success of our projects.
Responsibilities:
- Hardware Design and Implementation:Design, develop, and implement hardware solutions to meet system requirements.Conduct hardware evaluations and recommend appropriate technologies to enhance system performance.
- System Integration:Integrate hardware components into the overall system architecture.
Collaborate with software engineers to ensure seamless integration between hardware and software components.
- Troubleshooting and Maintenance:Diagnose and resolve hardware-related issues promptly to minimize system downtime.Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the ongoing reliability of hardware systems.
- Performance Optimization:Monitor system performance and recommend optimizations to enhance efficiency. Conduct performance testing and analysis to identify areas for improvement.
- Documentation:Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for hardware configurations, processes, and procedures.Develop and update system engineering documentation as needed.
- Collaboration:Work closely with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, network engineers, and project managers, to achieve project goals. Provide technical expertise and support to team members as required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a System Engineer with a focus on hardware.
- Strong knowledge of hardware components, architectures, and technologies.
- Proficiency in hardware design and integration.
- Experience with troubleshooting hardware issues and implementing solutions.
