- Reports to Safety Manager
- Implement, monitor & improvise site safety management system
- Support management in safety-related matters
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory and corporate HSE policy and requirements by conducting regular inspection and internal audits
- Pro-active to lead incident investigation, address the control measures, and ensure that all incident reports are made in a timely manner.
- Oversee all general activities with regard to HSE and Implementation of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) rules, regulations, and procedures of the company.
- Ensure that relevant HSE documents, reports, communications, and other requirements of HSE are kept properly in place.
- Ensure HSE complies with ISO
- Compile reports and presentation slides for management reporting
Job requirements:
- Minimum a Diploma in WSH or equivalent
- Attained MOM WSHO license
- Proficient in MS office, IT savvy (Google forms etc)
- Minimum 3 years post registration & relevant practical experience in a similar role with LTA projects
- Candidates with experience in Precast yard environment is preferred
- Experience in Civil road works and heavy lifting matters
