As an Administrative and Customer Relations Executive,your customer-centric approach will be instrumental in ensuring excellent service to our students and parents, handling inquiries, and providing timely resolutions to their needs. You will also play a vital role in supporting our teaching team while managing essential administrative tasks.

Job Scope
Administration
- Utilise online School Management System to perform the functions of enrolment and payment, attendance tracking, key metrics tracking (e.g. student numbers, withdrawals)
- Simple bookkeeping, issue invoices and receipts using online accounting tool Quickbooks
- Procurement of goods from vendors (e.g. lab equipment, office supplies)
- Provide support to the Teaching Team (e.g. printing and scanning)
- Liaising with external vendors (e.g. photocopier and printing companies)
- Update centre calendar (e.g. meetings, class events)
- Take accurate minutes during meetings
- Draft correspondence such as emails and WhatsApp message
Customer Relations
- Provide prompt response to enquiries / or resolution to customer feedback and requests (via phone / email / WhatsApp / Social Media e.g.: Telegram)
- Confidently and clearly explain Concept First’s programmes to customers
- Proactively build, maintain and enhance relationships with students and parents (via offline and online channels)
- Actively drive student recruitment and enrolment of students
- Assist in generating daily customer inquiries, student enrolment, class attendance and other relevant centre operational statistics reports
Simple Housekeeping
- Upkeep cleanliness of premise (e.g. vacuuming, emptying waste baskets)
- Tidy and disinfect classrooms (as per necessary)
- Simple errands (purchase stationary etc)
Working Hours
- Weekday: Tuesday - Friday, 1pm - 9pm or 10am-6pm
- Saturday or Sundays: 8:30am – 6.30pm
- Rest Days: 1 weekday and 1 weekend
