Job Description:
- Accountable for all administrative operations and matters such as Accounts, Human Resources, IT, Material Control, Purchasing, and Security.
- Work closely with the Managing Director in Singapore and the management of HQ in Japan to formulate objectives.
- Take the initiative and propose effective solutions to accomplish the company’s strategic goals.
- Provide regular and ad-hoc analysis and research to the Managing Director for important strategic decisions.
- Establish the budget, forecast, and monitor the cost. Engage and be responsible for monthly financial reporting.
- Develop and implement HR infrastructure and systems, ensuring alignment with business objectives and local regulation.
- Ensure seamless integration with digital platform to improve the process.
- Manage the procurement process and the material control.
Requirements:
- Degree in Business Management or any equivalent
- Minimum 10 years of experience
- Japanese language is required for both verbal and written
