Responsibilities:
- Preparing incoming/outgoing shipment, inventory management and process customer orders
- Plan and coordinate distribution locally & overseas.
- Communicate with related parties to ensure smooth and timely delivery
- Create all necessary documentation for delivery and update shipment information in database.
- Resolve problems concerning transportation, logistic systems, imports/exports, and customer issues.
- Monitor product import or export processes to ensure compliance with regulatory or legal requirements.
- Prepare reporting as required.
- Any other duties & tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Knowledge of shipping & logistics will be an added advantage
