Job Description:
- Configure and expand physical network devices efficiently
- Implement automated monitoring and alerts for continuous device surveillance
- Develop and use scripts for secure configuration updates
- Generate tickets for diverse Data Centre tasks and operations
- Update firmware for the operating systems of network devices
- Maintain logical access security measures for device protection
- Respond promptly to live site incidents involving network devices
- Provide auditors with necessary evidence on logical security compliance
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years or more relevant IT Implementation and maintenance support experience
- Experienced in troubleshooting across various platforms including Cisco, Dell, Palo Alto, Fortigate, and Arista.
- Possesses strong scripting skills in Python, PowerShell, and C#, offering automation capabilities for day-to-day tasks.
