Job description:
- Responsible for the preparation of dishes according to recipes.
- Ensure that kitchen operates in a timely manner.
- Overall hygiene and food safety.
- Follow SOP and company policies.
- Monitor and record inventory, and order stocks.
- Support junior employees as and when needed.
- Train new employees.

Job Requirement:
- At least 1 year of kitchen experience.
- Have a valid food and hygiene certificate.
Working hours: 9 hours/ day, 5 days/ week. (able to commit on weekends)
Working locations: Punggol / Serangoon / Selegie / Greenwood / Holland Village / East Coast Road.
