Account Management Scope
- Be the point of contact for existing clients, address any concerns, inquiries, or issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to ensure that new projects and requests are followed-up on and delivered in accordance to internal service levels
- Maintain and nurture relationships with key clients to ensure long-term partnerships and maximize revenue opportunities
Business Development Scope
- Identifying opportunities for new business development through following up on leads and conducting research on target clients
- Generate new business opportunities by meeting potential clients to understand their needs and providing relevant solutions
- Managing the sales process to close new business opportunities
- Building strong relationships with the existing portfolio of clients
- Meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly activity and revenue targets
Marketing Scope
- Conceive and develop efficient and intuitive marketing strategies
- Organize and oversee advertising/communication campaigns (social media, TV etc.), exhibitions and promotional events
- Developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to grow business
- Maintaining and updating sales, marketing and business development documentation

- Proficient in MS Office and marketing software (e.g. CRM)
