M&E Engineer

Descriptions

1. Plan, execute and supervise all M&E work at the site
2. Coordinate and supervise the installation and maintenance work
3. Work closely and attend meetings with client, sub-contractor and project team to solve all technical issues and in the execution of works
4. Prepare and follow up on customer inquiries and quotations
5. Follow the company internal work processes and documentation
6. Assist and prepare method statement, work progress, drawing and other relevant documents related to works
7. Assist in planning, controlling and coordinating of mechanical, electrical and building works
8. Schedule, monitor and supervise the progress of works
9. Conduct Toolbox Meeting and Coordination Meeting
10. Coordinate, liaise and communication with people of all levels
11. Build and maintain good customer relationships for revenue growth and customer retention

Requirements

• Facilities management background with at least 3 years of experience
• Diploma / Degree in Facilities Management and/or Engineering
• Able to commit within a short notice
