Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise our own on-site work teams, contractors and sub-contractors working onsite from project inception to handover with a view to achieving set targets on deadline, quality, cost and safety.
- Liaise with Sales, Design & Production Departments as well as with contractors and sub-contractors on client’s design requirements, shop drawings, detailing, installation issues, etc.
- Troubleshoot problems arising and rectify/resolve site issues at minimal cost and inconvenience to everyone whilst meeting clients’ expectations at the same time.
Requirements
- Candidates must possess at least a good diploma in any discipline and those with relevant professional qualifications in Civil Engineering, Property Development/Real Estate Management, Architecture, Interior Design or equivalent will be preferred.
- At least 3 years of project management experience.
- Those with signage and display systems project management experience will have an added advantage.
- A self-starter and a committed team player with an analytical mind, good interpersonal and organisational skills.
- Good competency with MS Office applications and project management software and possesses a valid driving licence.
