Merchandising Admin & Operations Executive

This role involves responsibilities related to administrative task of a Merchandiser and oversee inventory management processes.



Business Reports

  • Generate sales, marketing and merchandising related reports regularly as stipulated by Company and Franchisor, as well as when required from time to time.
  • Analyze sales and profit performance on regular basis by SKU, stock level monitoring, identify and monitor on slow moving / promotional & bestselling stocks.


Inventory – Shipment and Stock Management

  • Maintain proper and accurate management of stocks status in all stores and system.
  • Communicate and coordinate with 3rd party logistics on delivery and shipment PO, stock issues and discrepancy.
  • Monitor logistics cost includes warehouse and delivery charges.
  • Take charge of annual stock-take process.


Purchase Order and SKU Maintenance

  • Creates Product Code and Purchase Order.
  • Update images for Online and Promotion Price.
  • Setup PWP and GWO Promotion code.
  • Upload PO and follow-up with 3rd party logistics on shipment delivery status.
  • Upload / Update prices data and other information by SKU from time to time.
  • Assist Country Manager in procuring seasonal merchandise to ensure an optimal product mix is maintained across all stores consistently.


Others

  • To implement and provide support to Country Manager and Marketing on tactical promotion planning.
  • Assist Country Manager on any other sales and merchandising functions that may arise from time to time.
  • Work closely with Marketing on new season launch, VM/window plan, and in-store display setup.


REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of retail work experience
  • Knowledge of WMS is an added advantage
  • Proficient in MS Excel
  • Meticulous and multi-tasking
  • Has good initiative and organizational skills
  • Able to work independent, yet a team player to develop great relations with co-workers
  • Good interpersonal, coordination & communication skills
  • Able to communicate with Mandarin speaking frontline staff
  • Require to travel to stores, primarily located in town, as and when necessary or periodically.
