Job Description:
- Maintain departmental policies and procedures, objectives, quality, safety, environmental and infection control standards
- Non-conformance report
- Perform decontamination, washing, cleaning, packing and sterilization of instruments and instrument sets
- Evidence of documentation
- Perform biological and chemical monitoring and document them in accordance with quality assurance standard
- Attendance records
- Receive requisitions and issue supplies to OTs and wards
- Maintain the integrity of sterile instruments, instrument sets and linens from storage to usage
- Maintain sufficient inventories of supplies
- Maintain cleanliness of workplace and the environment
- Maintain department records, reports and file as required
- Participate in roll calls, educational and in-service program
- Perform satellite duty at hospitals
- Ensure proper documentation on the wards ordering process
- Perform other related duties and tasks assigned by Supervisors or Manager
Job Requirements:
- Secondary 3 or equivalent a.
- Able to speak and write simple English
- Min 7-8 years of experience in CSSD/TSSU
- Simple computer knowledge
