Job Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site helpdesk support, user-request, and incident response
- Responsible for system maintenance, software upgrade, and hardware maintenance
- Handle network devices management (Firewall & Wireless Access Point) and firmware update
- Perform regular asset management, monitor and update
- Perform software security patching, operating system security patching, antivirus software definition update and security configuration (Hard-disk encryption)
- Liaise with external vendors for one-stop service (printers, laptops, etc.)
- Prepare necessary documentations and reports.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Information Technology or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in desktop support or equivalent
