<Job Description>
- Prepare monthly reports in Japanese for the head office, including updates on business performance and sales activities.
- Coordinate product delivery schedules with overseas group companies in Japanese and English.
- Develops and implements strategic sales plans and growth strategies for End Users (Hospitals), distributors and other accounts.
- Sales activities and distributer management in the ASEAN region, including Singapore.
- Performs market visits, develops and monitors action plans.
- Represents company at trade association meetings to promote product.
- Delivers sales presentations to key clients.
- Manages sales and promotional budget.
<Job Requirements>
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree
- At least 3 years of sales experience in the healthcare industry.
- As frequent discussion and reporting is required with our HQ in Japan, Japanese business level communication skills, including written is essential. (JLPT N1 , BJT J1 or equivalent)
- Profound knowledge of medical and homecare beds
- Experience working in an overseas market
