Job Summary :
You will be responsible for providing support in accounts,admins, and HR-related work.
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly reconciliation of various transactions for accounting reporting purposes.
- Assist in month-end closing and reconciliation of daily, monthly and yearly transactions
- Manage accounts receivables and accounts payables functions
- Prepare bank reconciliation on weekly basis
- Support all audit-related matters including preparation of audit schedules, attend to audit queries, and provide information required.
- Handling monthly staff expenses claim for Singapore and India office.
- Assist in HR matters (Work pass application process, employee hiring, conduct interview, advertising, air ticket booking and etc)
- Assist on any ad-hoc accounts or administration duties
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree / Diploma in Finance, Accountancy or other equivalents, or professional degrees
- Minimum 1 years of accounting/finance working experience.
- Resourceful individual and able to handle multiple tasks.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and take initiative with strong time management skills.
