Morgan McKinley is seeking a talented and passionate .NET Developer to join our growing team.
In this role, you will play a key role in the development and maintenance of our software applications, working closely with business users and other developers to deliver high-quality solutions. You will be responsible for gathering requirements, designing systems, coding, testing, and troubleshooting, ensuring that our applications are efficient, reliable, and user-friendly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business users to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements.
- Estimate the effort and resources required for proposed solutions.
- Design and document system architectures and functional specifications.
- Develop and test software applications using best practices and industry standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, providing on-site user support.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for code and project development.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Diploma/Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
- At least 5-6 years of experience developing with .NET technologies.
- Strong understanding of MVC, MVVM, and related methodologies.
- Proficiency in C# .NET, WPF, and Hibernate.
- Working knowledge of Oracle Database and/or SQLite Database.
- Experience with code versioning tools like Git or SVN.
- Solid understanding of.NET programming and building custom solutions.
- Familiarity with Microsoft desktop technologies.
- Experience with popular .NET application frameworks (a plus).
- Ability to write stored procedures, complex SQL queries, and analyze SQL data (desired).
- Hands-on experience with web services (REST and/or SOAP based) is a plus.
