As a Sales Manager, your primary responsibility is to lead and manage the sales team's activities to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth for the company. You will play a crucial role in developing and implementing sales strategies to maximize the organization's market penetration and enhance its competitive advantage.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies, plans, and targets that align with the company's overall objectives.
  • Manage and lead the sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and performance management to ensure the team meets or exceeds sales targets.
  • Assess and improve the sales process, identifying areas for optimization and implementing necessary changes.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive business opportunities and foster customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify potential risks and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, product, and operations to ensure effective alignment and coordination of efforts.
  • Analyze sales data and metrics to track performance, generate accurate sales forecasts, and produce meaningful reports for management.
  • Nurture a high-performance sales culture, fostering teamwork, motivation, and a customer-centric approach.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, emerging technologies, and sales techniques to continuously enhance your knowledge and skillset.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a sales director or in a similar senior sales leadership role.
  • Strong track record of sales achievement and meeting/exceeding targets.
  • Excellent leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.
  • In-depth understanding of sales principles, strategies, and techniques.
  • Proficient in data analysis, reporting, and forecasting.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Results-driven and customer-focused mindset.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (advanced degrees are preferred).
