Objective:
The Manager will oversee the regional digital products portfolio and provide cross-functional support for operational topics, contributing to digital transformation through the project to product (P2P) initiative.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Product Management:
- Drive growth and expansion of ITT/XM Overseas products.
- Lead digital transformation through P2P initiative.
- Identify services for transformation and conduct proof of concept (POC).
- Implement Agile methodologies for product development.
2. Implementation:
- Identify growth opportunities and market trends.
- Develop standards and processes for product lifecycle.
- Formulate brand strategies and conduct business development assessments.
- Ensure partner products meet market standards.
3. Innovation:
- Devise new product pipeline strategies.
- Implement pre-launch and post-launch initiatives for sustainable growth.
4. Finance Management:
- Develop and manage product budgets.
- Analyze product costs and identify cost optimization opportunities.
- Generate financial reports and recommend strategies for mitigation of financial risks.
5. Regional Portfolio Management:
- Take ownership of incoming demands and guide through the process.
- Conduct regular review meetings and follow up on outstanding demands.
- Assist in providing a comprehensive view of all portfolios in the department.
6. Cross-functional Support:
- Participate in Change Management and Major Incident Management calls.
- Provide support for operational stability.
Qualifications:
- 5-10 years of product design, development, and management experience.
- 3-5 years of experience in the IT industry.
- Experience in product/service owner role, finance management, and service management.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, digital infrastructure, and emerging trends.
- Outstanding negotiation skills and experience with ServiceNow tool.
