Corporate Planning Executive (Business planning, data analysis, FMCG)
For this role, you will organize, consolidate, and analyze financial and sales data to generate reports for management. The aim is to ensure that business operations are well-organized and aligned with the company's set goals.
Job Description:
- Collate, consolidate and analyze data to prepare various reports for Management (including group companies)
- Assist in conducting internal and external reviews to identify and report strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities and propose initiatives to enhance the company's and group's organizational efficiency
- Assist in formulating and implement organization’s strategy to achieve broad strategic goals
- Coordinate with all departments to develop and implement action plans to achieve short- and long-term business goals as set out by HQ in Japan
- Collaborate closely with all departments and Group to ensure new projects are aligned with the organization’s strategies and values
- Assist in monitoring the planning and implementation of business initiatives to all functions, including providing support assistance to all departments for smooth project accomplishment
- Assist in managing and coordinating organization development initiatives by organizing regular management meetings
Job Requirements:
- Individuals with no experience (but with an interest in Corporate Planning) can apply
- A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related business discipline or diploma holder with 2-3 years' experience is preferred
- Minimum 1 years of relevant experience, preferably in the FMCG industry
- Detail-oriented with a strong business sense
- Aptitude and passion for research, data analysis and problem-solving
- Strong analytical thinking and management skills
- Good interpersonal and communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
