Our Client is a large Financial Insitituion who is based in Raffles Place.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for processing of payments to 3rd parties and ensuring that all transactions are processed timely, accurately and accounted for appropriately.
- Preparation of monthly audit schedules
- Preparation of journal entries for month-end closing
- Ensure all system transactions are properly accounted for in a timely manner.
- Participate in various initiatives such as system enhancements and projects.
- Liaise with internal or external stakeholders on accounting matters and audit.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of finance operation experience, preferably gain in an FI or MNC
- Experience of identifying and co-implementing of rigorous operational controls to enhance effectiveness and efficiency of finance operations functions
- Good business analytical and problem-solving skills
