The Role:
Reporting to a Design Lead, the experienced Senior UXUI Designer will be playing a critical role to successfully translate design insights to user friendly interfaces. You have the chance to shape the user experience of our products, ensuring they not only meet but exceed clients’ expectations. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and other designers, to drive the design process from concept to delivery.
Your day to day:
As an individual contributor,
- Conceptualization and Ideation: Collaborate with product managers and engineers to understand and evaluate business goals, user needs and user requirements.
- User-Centric Design: Champion user-centred design principles throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Prototyping and Wireframing: Ability to create quick wireframes (sketches) for internal teams and key stakeholders' evaluation.
- Information Architecture: Develop and maintain information architecture, user flows, wireframes, and prototypes to convey your design concepts clearly.
- Interaction Design: Generate innovative design concepts and translate them into intuitive seamless user interactions that enhance the overall user experience.
- Design System: Work closely with the design team to develop and maintain the design library.
- Mentorship: Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
The Must-Haves:
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience working within a high growth environment.
- Proficient in design and wireframing tools such as Figma, or Miro.
- Strong problem-solving skills along with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to effectively interface with customers and internally across cross-functional tea
