- Developing and implementing project management frameworks, methodologies, and standards.
- Creating and maintaining project documentation, including project charters, plans, schedules, and status reports.
- Establishing and maintaining project governance and reporting mechanisms to track project progress and ensure effective communication.
- Providing guidance and support to project teams on project management practices and ensuring compliance with established processes.
- Identifying and addressing project risks and issues, and escalating critical concerns to senior management when necessary.
- Monitoring project financials, including budget allocation, expenses, and resource utilization.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a PMO or project management role.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and frameworks.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Good in Excel Data Analysis
