Description
- Check, collect, and assemble dry stores, flight equipment’s, foodstuff and supplementary stores into the delivery vehicle used in the service of the flight.
- Prepare and load dry ice in loading device containing foodstuff.
- Drive and operate high lift vehicles in the service of flights.
- Execute the catering exchange or uplift according to the requirement of the airline galley loading plan.
- Handover meals and dry bonded store to the flight crew
- Perform flight IC duty on regional transits and night-stop flights
- Return the unloaded soiled equipment and dry store loading device to the respective areas upon return to the flight kitchen after the serving of a flight.
- Dispose of all garbage from the delivery vehicle to the garbage room
- Perform the refueling of the vehicle.
Requirement:
- GCE “ N” level or 2 “O” level
- Minimum 2 year experience
- Must possess minimum LTA Class 3 License
- Able to read, write and communicate in English
