Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with Telecommunication, and the System Vendor to ensure the timely deployment of 3.5/2.1GHz RAN equipment, adhering to project timelines.
- Planning and coordinating with Mobile Network Operators (MNOs) for the seamless integration of new network elements into Antina's RAN network.
- Planning the network evolution roadmap with Telecommunication Partners to ensure 5G RAN stays technologically competitive.
- Liaising with IMDA on 5G Exploratory Platform (5GEP) deployment requirements, providing configuration information for 5GEP infrastructure setup, and ensuring equipment and software are up to date.
- Administering all system and user management functions of the Network Planning Tool/System, including assigning access rights, software and hardware upgrades, and system maintenance (e.g., map info/database maintenance).
- Collaborating with Telecommunication Partners to ensure compliance with all IMDA 5G licensing requirements, including project milestones, User Acceptance Test (UAT) reports, Requirement Traceability Matrix, and others.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering, preferably with a specialization in Info-communication, computer engineering, or a related qualification.
- Possess 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in network measurement post-processing, coverage planning, and OSS tools (e.g., Nokia NetAct).
- Experience in 4G and 5G radio access networks, encompassing RF optimization, planning, architecture, and solutions.
- Excellent data analytics skills using tools like PowerBI and Tableau, coupled with a high level of proficiency in Microsoft applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Demonstrates the ability to work independently while fostering effective teamwork.
