Responsibilities:
Enterprise Risk Management
- Assume responsibility for identifying and evaluating risks, which involves activities such as horizon scanning, conducting risk perception surveys, and assisting Directors in risk deliberations
- Create and monitor risk mitigation strategies, including resource allocation, to address both business risks and opportunities in collaboration with stakeholders
- Establish and consistently evaluate Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) while examining the impact of global and local risk events and developments on the business's risk landscape
- Present risk reports to top-level management during key gatherings such as Executive Committee meetings and Audit and Risk Committee meetings
- Cultivate a culture of risk awareness
- Stay abreast industry trends and best practices risk management
Planning
- Formulate and implement work planning tools throughout the business
- Create guidelines and manuals for the initiation of the yearly departmental work planning exercise
- Collaborate with Finance, HR, and IT departments to assess plans and ready them for management's approval
- Assist in the development of workplans
- Assist in the planning of retreats
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in enterprise risk management / corporate planning
- Strong analytical, communication, problem solving and project management skills.
- Knowledge of risk management frameworks and best practices
- Ability to create dashboards using PowerBI is a plus
