We are looking for Manager, Karting to join our team!
As the Manager, Karting, we rely on you to:
- Manages day-to-day operation matters
- Track activities at the attractions
- Manages Karting operations experiences
- To assist in maximising the performance of Karting
- Provide solutions to solve recurring issues in Karting
- Train and mentor staff whenever appropriate
We are looking for someone who:
- Has a passion and relevant experience in managing Attraction facilities
- Is enthusiastic and customer-oriented
- Self-driven, goal-oriented and able to challenge the status quo
- Loves being creative with an eye for detail
- Enjoys interacting and engaging with guests
- To lead a diverse team of colleagues
- Has great leadership and interpersonal skills
- Has strong electrical, mechanical, race timing and staff scheduling background will be in added advantage
- Familiar with BCA Amusement Ride Regulations.
