- Carry out scheduling, assigning and follow up with the vendors and contractors on work progress to support the office maintenance and facilities.
- Manage and monitor office renovation projects, collaborating with vendors and contractors for successful completion.
- Plan and execute office systems, layouts, and safety equipment for the improvement of office productivity.
- Provide any ideas to reduce expenses or increase the effectiveness of the facilities and services.
- In charge of overall office administration, including yearly office and carpet cleaning.
- Support the Building Management FSM in organizing and carrying out the CERT exercise.
- Assist the Engineering and Production divisions with facility maintenance,
- Update and monitor preventive maintenance planned schedules.
- Oversee the quarterly/yearly renewal of all required building and facility inspections and permits.
- Maintaining accurate documentation and record.
- Administrative ad hoc tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Min GCE āNā Level or Higher.
- With 2-4 years of relevant working experience.
- Competent in MS Office Applications.
- Able to work independently and multi-tasking.
