- Responsible for maintaining daily accounting records and preparing accurate financial reports.
- Facilitate the day-to-day accounts payable and receivable process.
- Provide quarterly GST submissions and assist the sales and operations.
- Adhere to yearly regulatory obligations.
- Assists in payroll, hiring process and administrative tasks.
- Purchase office and stationery supplies.
- Coordinate with the office maintenance & repair and managing the office events.
- Respond to incoming calls and offer a outstanding support to the organization.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Human Resource, Business Admin, Finance, Accounting.
- At least 1-2 years related working experience.
- Organized and meticulous with an eye for details.
- Self-driven and independent
